Herbalife Omega 3 Fish Oil: You must read, what I have experienced from taking it.

At first I am only taking 1 fish oil for breakfast and 1 for dinner. Taking it for 2 weeks, I felt that I can breathe better. So happen that I came back to KL there is a  training on Cellular Nutrition, by George the Millionaire Team Member. I asked him, what is the best way to take the fish oil.
