Do you know how a person become fat or gain weight? Do you know how much calorie intake per day is sufficient for our body? For female is 1,200 – 1,500 calories. For men is 1,500 – 1,800 calories. Ok, let us do calculation here.
Breakfast = 1,000 calories, Lunch = 1,000 calorie, Dinner = 1,000 calorie, Supper = 500 calorie
Total = 3,500 calorie per day.
And you are very hardworking by exercising everyday and managed to burn 3,000 calories everyday. Most of us don’t exercise or don’t like to exercise daily!
3500 calaorie (food intake) – 3000 calorie (exercise) = 500 calories.
So, where does this additional 500 calories? What is this additional 500 calories doing in our body? Of course stay inside our body and turns into FAT!
1 day = 500 calories inside your body.
7 days = 3500 calories.
14 days = 7000 calories. Do you know 7000 calories = 1kg? Imagine in 14 days you gained 1kg. In 1 month, how many kgs you are going to gain? Average 2kgs. In one year, you are going to gain 24kgs!!!!
